Project Flow

The delivery process for project includes a mix of on-site development & Implementation work and also offshore development work, as per the needs of the project. Sankalp offers the best talent to the project under the supervision of a professional team of technical experts.

The project starts with a professional team of project managers, who architect the project and defines the scope of the project. The project manager is responsible for the scope definitions and signoff from the client. Once the scope is defined the production team in India takes over the design and development. After several levels of testing locally, the output is offered to the client for approval.
The implementation team from Sankalp will implement the project and support the client till the satisfaction of the client. Throughout the development and implementation phase the project is monitored online transparently. After implementation the software is supported by Sankalp through its proprietary software management system, which is an online support system for the clients.

	Deployment of Resources - This would be managed by the project Director. Sankalp would deploy the Project Manager and developer/s for the project.
	Building a Prototype and Getting it Approved - This would be managed by the Project Manager and Developer. This phase involves design of screens along with the proposed navigation / modules.
	System Design - This would be managed by the project Manager. This phase involves High Level System Design, basic Architectural framework and Data base design for Application.
	Development - This would be managed by the Project Manager , and Developers. This phase involves development of the application and its flow per planned scheduled.
	Quality Assurance (QA) & Testing - This would be managed by the Project Manager and Testers. This phase involves Q.A. testing for functional defects including stress testing, regression testing, integration testing and performance tuning. Any defects will be corrected prior to completion and launch of the application.
	Release in Controlled Environment - This would be managed by the Project Manager and Developers. This phase involves release of the application to a group of user for testing the functionalities on a testing server and gets their feedback. Sankalp makes use of various tools like MIS report, Control Totals to ensure data accuracy with regards to information been entered. Bugs and Changes, if any would be done before final release / delivery.
	Final Deliver - This would be managed by the project manager and Developers. All application related files will be transferred to the production server and implemented.
	Documentation - This would be managed by the Project Manager and Developers. Necessary documents would be provided to the client, which includes user and administrator manual.
	Training - This would be managed by the project manager and Developers. Sankalp will be providing hands-on training to the designated user of the Clients.
	Project Life Cycle Development support - This would be managed by the Project Manager and Developers. Sankalp would monitor the system and provide support during the product implementation for Six Months of installation.
	Sign-off - This would be managed by the Project Manager.
