Initially we were supposed to analyze the board plan which was newly arrived in the Indian market. The board plan was, to provide online solution and auto incentive calculation which was quite challenging at that given points of time. Judging customer requirement and providing the test cases as per their expectation were important. Apart from this, the software requirement was met within a short span. |

Approach |

First step towards the solution was to build the communication plan. A authorized person from both the ends were held responsible for analyzing the total project. Various questionnaires and test cases were prepared for getting the right requirements of the customer. Requirement Specification Documents was duly signed by Project manager and Chairperson. As per company’s methodology - the production team takes over the design and development. After several levels of unit testing, the output is offered to the Q.A. team for testing the functional defects including stress testing, regression testing, integration testing and performance tuning. Any defects will be corrected prior to completion and launch of the application. And finally output is offer to the client for approval.
After getting the approval from the Client, we have provided the training to the customer & have also formed a system for the further Support & Services. |
